Meghalaya; is a state in northeastern India. Meghalaya was formed by carving out two districts from the state of Assam: the United Khasi Hills and Jaintia Hills, and the Garo Hills on 21 January 1972. The population of Meghalaya as of 2016 is estimated to be 3,211,474

Itinerary

  • Receive from Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, and transfer to hotel. Evening free time to explore the city. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

  • After morning breakfast Receive from Guwahati & transfer to gorgeous hill station of Shillong. On reaching Shillong, check in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Shillong.

  • After breakfast proceed to Shillong sightseeing including Elephant Falls, Barapani Lake, Lady Hydari Park, Wards Lake, Golf Ground. In the evening free time for Shopping. Overnight stay at Shillong.

After morning breakfast proceed to whole day Cherrapunji‎ sightseeing Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Mawkdok Valley, Ramakrishna Mission, Eco Park, Nohsngithiang/ Seven sister Falls, Thangkharang Park, Motrop. Back to Shillong in the evening free time for personal activities. Overnight at stay Shillong.

Early in the morning check out from hotel & transfer to airport for final departure.
