PAYMENT POLICY
Tour Package:
- 50% Advance Payment at the time of Package Confirmation for immediately to book all the respective services.
- 50% Balance Amount Before 10 days of your Travel Date (Date of Departure).
- We are not entertaining any Credit Facility.
Flight or Train Ticket Booking:
- 100% Advance Payment for Flight Booking or Train Ticket Booking.
Payment Terms:
- Payment can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS.Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of “Journey Guru Tours and Travels” and guests must collect and verify duly filled booking form, Statement of Account & receipt of payment.
- We Accepting All Bank’s Credit and Debit Cards and Even we are providing 3- or 6- Month’s interest free loan on your current CIBIL Score.
- We will not entertain any Credit Facility.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
In case of Cancellation of Tour / Travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would as follows:
- If any Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever, they shall immediately send an E-mail to info@journeyguru.co.in from their registered E-mail Id.
- Cancellation will attract cancellation charges as stated hereinabove which is calculated on Net Tour Cost and varies as per the time duration between the cancellation date and the tour departure date. The cancellation charge will also differ tour wise / sector wise / category wise.
- Journey Guru Tours and Travels is not liable to give any details or bifurcation of the cancellation charge.
- Any refund payable to the Guest as per the cancellation policy will be paid within 10 working Days.
- Once the booking is canceled, it cannot be reinstated. Any reversal / re-booking will be treated as fresh booking and additional charges are applicable.
- Journey Guru Tours and Travels will not be liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the Guest.
- A Refund is not applicable, Guest will be required to choose the next possible future date of the same tour.
- Journey Guru Tours and Travels will send the request to associates like Airlines, Hoteliers, Transporters, etc., for assistance to postponement of the services, if any Full and Final payment pending by Guest at the time of departure.
- Flight and Train cancellation charges deducted as per Airlines and IRCTC ‘s rules and regulations. Journey Guru Tours and Travels is not liable for this and We have no any authorities or Power to interfere in their work.
- Journey Guru Tours and Travels shall not take any Liability or any responsibility in the event of any Loss or any Damage to the Guest Luggage/Baggage. All Luggage/baggage and personal effects are at all the times Guest’s responsibility. Guest should be more careful and take care of their own Luggage/Baggage.
- Journey Guru Tours and Travels will not be held liable to the Guest for any case of late delivery or loss of baggage whether caused by Any Airlines.
- Tour Once Commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of any events and circumstances beyond our control, Journey Guru tours and Travels reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and wellbeing of our esteemed guests.
- 16 Days & Beyond from Date of travel – 30% of Total Package Cost is charged as cancellation fee
- Between 8-15 days from Date of – 50% of Total Package Cost charged as cancellation fee
- No Refund if cancelled within 7 days from Date of Travel, (sorry, we already paid for your Hotel & Cab by this time).
- In case of national lockdown / epidemic like corona virus, free rescheduling (postpone) can be arranged, if confirmed at least one week before travel date.
- For tour cancellation, above cancellation policy will apply for every Guest.
