Itinerary

  • Arrival at Delhi International Airport will be followed by traditional & personalized welcome by representative and transferred to hotel for overnight stay.

  • After breakfast, full-day sightseeing tour of old Delhi marked with ancient monuments, narrow streets and bustling bazaars. Visit Red Fort from outside. Visit Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, completed in 1658 by Shah Jahan who also built the Taj Mahal. Explore Chandani Chowk either on foot or manually-pulled rickshaw. It is the most famous market of "Old Delhi". Raj Ghat, a sober memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, and Akshardham Temple are the next tourist attractions of Delhi to be visited. Akshardham is a marvellous piece of architecture. In the afternoon, continue the visit of “New Delhi". You will be driven on the Rajpath, passage in front of the government buildings of the British era, designed by Lutyens, including the India Gate and the Presidential Palace. Then, advance to visit the imposing minaret of Qutub Minar. Overnight stay in Delhi hotel.

  • After breakfast Drive to Agra. On arrival at Agra, stop at tomb of It Mad udDaula, popularly called Baby Taj. Agra tour guide will join you at tomb of It Mad-ud-Daula, a white marble mausoleum of Ghia’s Beg, father of the Mughal Empress Noor Jahan. It is said that Baby Taj was inspiration for Taj Mahal. Here in after, you are transferred to Agra hotel to check in, relax and further proceed on for visiting Agra Fort and enjoying sunset view of Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh across River Yamuna. After visiting Mehtab Bag, return to Agra hotel for overnight stay.

The time of sunrise has been purposefully chosen so that you could see the Taj Mahal when it looks most stunning and beautiful. Visit the world-famous Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is a huge white marble mausoleum, a symbol of eternal love, built by Shah Jahan and dedicated to his beloved Mumtaz Mahal. Emblem of India, this mausoleum is a jewel of architecture and one of the most famous monuments in the world. Later drive to Fatehpur Sikri, the former Mughal capital built by Akbar and whose palace is a fine example of Mughal architecture from the 16th century. This fortified ghost town is located on the road to Jaipur, 38 kms from Agra. On this spectacular site in the Ganges valley, these magnificent red sandstone ruins lying in the middle of the plain are the remains of one of the capitals of Akbar. He founded it in 1569 to express his gratitude for the birth of his son, Salim. The main building houses a great Mosque, probably the most wonderful in India. The Palace of Jodha Bai, the Rajput wife of Akbar, includes a courtyard surrounded by a gallery topped by buildings and covered with a roof enamelled in blue. The private apartments of Akbar and the exquisite palace of the Turkish Sultana are located in another courtyard. The Panch Mahal includes the audience hall. Visit the palace and Bulund Darwaja, known as the biggest gate in the world. Thereafter, continue to Ranthambhore tiger reserve. On arrival at Ranthambhore, check in at the resort for overnight stay.

You will enjoy two jeep safaris in Ranthambhore National Park (one early in the morning and another in the afternoon), to explore the territory of the tigers. You will also have the chance to see bears, panthers, lynx and jackals, as well as many species of birds. Once hunting ground for the Maharajas of Jaipur, Ranthambore National Park is one of India's most famous reserves for its tigers, whose breed has successfully been saved from extinction by the Tiger Project. Around Ranthambore, live 200,000 villagers who draw their resources from the 410 square kilometres of protected forest. The national park is located near the town of SwaiMadhopur and now dotted with ruins with overgrown grass. Hunting pavilions, tombs, summer gardens, temples, towers and ramparts of the medieval fort of Ranthambore are hiding in the maze of the abundant fauna. Overnight stay in Ranthambhore.

After breakfast, drive to Jaipur, nicknamed "the pink city", is the capital of Rajasthan whose Rajas are believed to be descendants of Rama. The city of Jaipur was founded in 1728 by astronomer warrior Maharajah Jai Singh II, an ardent scholar of astronomy. The whole city with pink constructions, is surrounded by crenelated walls, and overhung by hills and forts. On arrival at Jaipur, you will be transferred to Jaipur hotel. Afternoon has been kept for your leisure. You can walk into the narrow streets of the old town for a personal discovery or relax at the hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.

The whole day is dedicated to the discovery of the pink city. In the morning, after breakfast, proceed sightseeing tour to be visited is Amber Fort. Amber Fort is located on hilltop. Visit Amber Fort built during eighteenth century. Amber Fort houses beautiful temples and palaces, namely Visit Jasha Mandir, Seesh Mahal and Kali Temple. After visiting Amber Fort, return to the city centre for lunch. On the way, stop in front of Jal Mahal for taking few photographs. After lunch, visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). In the afternoon, visit Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory, and the imposing City Palace where the Maharaja still lives. After breakfast, depart for Udaipur the City of Lakes. Udaipur, an oasis in the desert land of Rajasthan, is also termed as 'Romantic City of Rajasthan' and 'Venice of East'. On arrival in Udaipur, check in at the hotel to relax, spend evening in leisure and have overnight stay.
