Today visit Ross Island (Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Island) by boat and Chidiya Tapu beach. Ross island, named after marine surveyor Daniel Ross, was once headquarters of the British regime in Andamans. Spotted Deer and peacocks are a common sight on the island. The small Island is full of palm and coconut trees. You're lucky if you reach here on time to meet Ms. Anuradha and learn about the history of this Island from her. Later back to Port Blair by Boat. Chidiya Tapu : After lunch we will visit Chidiya Tapu(Munda Pahad Beach). The beach is known to be a crocodile zone. The sunset point is a fantastic place to witness the sun go down the horizon. Later back to the hotel. Stay at Port Blair.
In the morning we will proceed to Elephant beach by speedboat. Elephant beach is famous for the range of water activities it offers. You can enjoy Snorkeling, Seawalk (only center in India), Parasailing, Banana boat ride, Glass bottom boats etc. Note : Scuba diving is not available at Elephant Beach. You can enjoy scuba diving in Havelock town. Later today, we will drive to Kalapathar beach. The beach is mostly famous amongst couples because of the scenic views it offers for Photography. Return to hotel, stay at Havelock.
Today we travel from Havelock to Neil by ferry. If you have an early morning ferry, collect packed breakfast from the hotel and you will be taken to the Ferry terminal. Journey time from Havelock to Neil is 1 hr. On arrival at Neil, our representative will transfer you to your resort in Neil. Neil is a small town with a population of around 4000 people. Apparently less crowded than Havelock, if you live in a metro city - you will enjoy the peace at this place.Today we will visit Laxmanpur (I) beach, which has an amazing sunset view. Enjoy your evening with a cup of tea and onion pakoras at this alluring white sand beach. Later back to your hotel in Neil.
Note : The schedule of beach visits during your stays at Neil Island will be coordinated by our ground team taking into consideration High Tide and Low Tide at the beaches.
