Overview

Sikkim is a state in northeast India, bordered by Bhutan, Tibet and Nepal. Part of the Himalayas, the area has a dramatic landscape that includes India’s highest mountain, 8,586m Kangchenjunga. Sikkim is also home to glaciers, alpine meadows and thousands of varieties of wildflowers. Steep paths lead to hilltop Buddhist monasteries such as Pemayangtse, which dates to the early 1700s.

Itinerary

Receive from NJP Station or Bagdogra Airport. Transfer to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. On the way you can see Mahananda Wild Life Sanctuary, Coronation bridge an excellent Architecture over river Teesta. Check in Your Hotel. Evening free to explore the beautiful city. Overnight at Gangtok.

After Morning Breakfast Check out From Hotel transfer to Lachen On the way See Butterfly or Seven Sister waterfalls [depending on road opened], Naga waterfalls, Toong Check post, Chumthang valley ,Chopta Valley, Reach LACHEN. Check in Hotel. Overnight at Lachen.

Morning Breakfast at hotel, check out from hotel. Proceed to visit Thangsu Valley & Gurudongmar Lake( at additional cost directly payable to Driver) .
After Sightseeing. Start for Lachung. on the way Visit Bhim nala waterfalls, Reach there by afternoon & enjoy beauty of Nature at Lachung. Check in Hotel. Overnight at Lachung.


After morning breakfast at Hotel. Check out from Hotel proceed for Yumthang Excursion(11,800ft), it is a paradise for nature lovers with a fascinating blend of flora and fauna and breathtaking scenic grandeur. During Spring the whole area becomes filled with flowers. It is called Switzerland of India. After Sightseeing Transfer to Gangtok. Overnight at Gangtok.

  • The Sobriquet Of Seven Sisters Was First Coined In 1972 By A Journalist Named Jyoti Prakash Salgia During The Inaugural Foundation Of These North Eastern States Of India.
